How it works

From first message to execution, in five stages.

A structured process means fewer surprises. Here is what happens after you share a requirement, and what to expect from us at each point.

  1. 1

    Share your requirement

Tell us what you need through the enquiry flow: funding, a project, a contract or a strategic connection.

Takes about a minute. No documents are needed at this stage.

  2. 2

    Initial assessment

We review the requirement, your profile and the basics of security or project status.

We tell you plainly if we do not see a workable route.

  3. 3

    Route & structure

We identify the route that fits: private capital, a banking channel, a share pledge structure or a project partner.

You see the proposed route and why before anything moves.

  4. 4

    Documentation & partner alignment

We help organise documents and introduce the requirement to suitable counterparties.

Introductions are made only with your consent.

  5. 5

    Execution support

We stay involved through diligence, term discussions and closing formalities.

Decisions and terms rest with you and the counterparty.

FAQ

Before you start.

What type of funding does FundBee help with?

Private funding through investors and family offices, bank and institutional funding routes, share pledge structures, and project or construction funding. We also facilitate construction contract opportunities and strategic business introductions.

Does FundBee lend money directly?

No. FundBee is a business finance and deal facilitation company. It is not a bank, NBFC or lender. Funding, where it happens, comes from third-party lenders or investors.

Is funding guaranteed once I submit an enquiry?

No. Every requirement is subject to eligibility, due diligence, documentation and the criteria of the lender, investor or partner concerned. We will give you an honest view of what looks realistic.

How does the assessment work?

After you share the requirement, we look at the purpose, amount, business profile and security or project position. If there is a workable route, we explain it and what will be needed to pursue it.

What documents are usually required?

Typically a company profile, financial statements and ITRs for the last three years, bank statements, details of existing loans and, where relevant, security or project documents. The exact list depends on the route.

How is confidentiality handled?

We do not list requirements publicly. Your information is used to assess the requirement and is shared only with relevant counterparties, with your agreement.
